Leaside, which is close to the future location of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT station, is set to see a new high-rise construction. Some companies like Terracap Management, Trolleybus Urban Development, Elysium Investments, and Gensler are interested in this building, which was built at Glenavy Avenue.
This project has 398 residential units, 14 parking spots, and a green roof, the skyscraper will locate on a half-acre of land, and it is led by Elysium Investments, which intends to apply for approval of the site plan, zoning bylaw change, and official plan.
