Mattamy Homes' and QuadReal Property Group's ambitious reconstruction project of Cloverdale Mall had its final drawings disclosed. It has a 33 and 9-story complex which includes business, residential, and marketing areas.

Giannone Petricone Associates plans a modern beauty that complements the surrounding area. The structure includes condo units 606, 350 square meters of retail space, and 2,424 square meters of amenity space. Construction on the project is anticipated to begin later this year.
