There are designs to build a new 18-story student house in Toronto's Cabbagetown. The region would gain 223 new rental apartments due to the development, which Forum Asset Management has projected. Enrollees attending neighboring universities and institutions, such as TMU, UofT, George Brown College, and OCAD, will find the location handy. A small residential structure was originally planned for the land at 307 Sherbourne Street. Since then, though, Forum has changed the schedule to add more classes and provide special student attention.

Superkül designed the planned building, which will rise over an empty lot at the intersection of Sherbourne Street and Gerrard Street East. A variety of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments would be included, in addition to parking and common areas. The project is expected to help develop the Cabbagetown district and offer much-needed student accommodation in the city.
